Pure Bar Subiaco Food MenuPure Bar is a fresh and exciting place to be. It has a modern flare, but encompasses a warm atmosphere. For any occasion, we will create the perfect ambience. Our menu reflects these characteristics and the food has been given much consideration and the aesthetics leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to your table.

Our focus is Tapas Style Dining; small sharable plates for groups of all sizes. The style encourages tasting of all foods, sharing fun, laughter & conversation at the table. One of the great prides of the menu is sourcing locally grown produce and consistently being conscious of seasonal changes. Recently added to the popular seasonal menu are the weekly Chef specials.

Achieving a mix of tradition and innovation Head Chef Chris Gliddon and his team deliver modern, fresh temptations like Pan-fried pistachio & mascarpone dates, wrapped in pancetta with toasted almond crisps or a fresh Caramelised pumpkin & goats cheese salad, baby spinach, pinenuts & raspberry vincotto dressing. For the larger appetites we offer some fabulous mains including Angel hair pasta with blue swimmer crab, prawn flesh, basil, baby spinach with sweet tomatoes & lemon infused olive oil.

Our breakfast menu should not be forgotten and we recommend the Pure breakfast consisting of eggs cooked to your liking, crispy bacon, grilled tomato and one of our great organic roast coffee’s for only $14.

Our aim is for your dining experience to be relaxed and informal where you can eat, drink and celebrate.

When it comes to functions you can customise your own menu to suit your event. Catering is a focal point and our chefs creativity is never at rest to bring you the freshest and finest quality delicacies to your event that will leave your guest craving more. Along with a passion for event planning you are sure to be satisfied both with the food and the affable service in which it’s delivered.

The list has been created with you in mind and is based on flavours and freshness we all love and enjoy.

Many of our cocktails are one of a kind and won’t be found anywhere else in the world, others are classics the world has tasted but we can assure you they never this good!

Sheldon Hendry blends great produce and great quality spirits and liqueurs into his award winning cocktails and has been the Perth finalist in the 42 Below cocktail world cup in 2008 and 2010. As our resident mixologist he takes great pride and pleasure in creating new and original liquid pleasures for us all to indulge in.

The wine list has been carefully considered and is well balanced offering choices for wine drinkers and wine lovers alike.

We range premium wine’s from Australia and abroad to suit all palates and whether it be for a drink or with a meal we assure you Pure Bar will have a blend to suit.
