Since opening in 2008 as Subiaco’s first “small bar”, Pure Bar has evolved into a well known destination for Perth’s chic and stylish to indulge in the tapas menu to the movers and shakers enjoying business breakfasts where deals are discussed over lattes and the stylish urban locals come by to relax over cocktails.

Much of Pure Bar’s reputation as an elite venue can be attributed to it’s owner, Michael Cutlers’ 25 years experience in Perth’s hospitality scene where he has successfully created and operated several of Perth’s iconic venues’.

Michael’s vision was to create a clean & contemporary space, where age is of no concern, which provides its patrons with a blend of casual and chic surroundings.

Ambience is high on the Michael’s priority list at Pure Bar. Modern high-end lighting creates the perfect setting for its intimate mix of cubicles, soft ottomans, high backed leather dining chairs and all white glass topped bar tables. Add to this a mix of funky, sublime tunes and you have a comfortable environment for any visitor to Pure Bar

Our philosophy on food and drink starts with our very own 100% organic ‘in house’ coffee roast; through to Pure Bar’s own style of tapas using only the best fresh & local produce.

We take pride in our liquid assets with superb cocktail blends, innovative wine list and a selection of premium local & international beers and top end spirits, all served to you by our professional, humble and friendly team at Pure.
